Refund & Replacement Policy
At Premier Goods, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and customer satisfaction.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shoppremiergoods.com with clear photos or a video of the product and packaging.
In such cases, you do NOT need to return the item. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund after verification.
Change of Mind / Wrong Selection:
We do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind", wrong size, or incorrect product selection. Please carefully review all product details, images, and descriptions before placing your order.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases where a return is approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing:
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
